When your item ships, you’ll receive an email with your tracking information. This is generated when the shipping label is first created. After that, the package must be picked up and scanned by the carrier (such as USPS or FedEx). Once scanned into their system, it may take up to 24–48 hours for tracking updates and an estimated delivery date to appear.
Shipping carriers may also miss scanning a package, which can also cause the tracking link to not update.
Please allow 24–48 hours for the tracking link to update.
Our team sees the same tracking details you do, so the link will always reflect the most current information available.
