When will my order ship?
Please review your order confirmation email for your estimated delivery window. If today’s date is still outside that window, it’s likely that your order has not shipped yet. The time it takes to ship a product varies by product, depending on the production time, and we are not able to rush production due to our high volumes.
Once your order ships, you will receive an email with the tracking details. You can also go to Order History in your account to check the status of your orders.
I ordered multiple items. Will they be in the same package?
If you ordered multiple products, they will likely be shipped at different times and in separate packages because our products have different production timelines. You will receive separate tracking emails once each item has shipped.
