If your order status is still showing Processing or In Production, it means your order is still being made and has not shipped yet.
Production times vary by product and typically range from 3–8 business days. Once your order ships, delivery time depends on the shipping method selected at checkout.

How Can I Check My Order Status?
Review Your Estimated Delivery Window
Your order confirmation email includes an estimated delivery window. If your order is still within that timeframe, it may still be in production.
Check Your Order History
Log in to your account and visit Order History.
- If the order shows Processing or In Production, it has not shipped yet.
- If the status shows Partially Shipped or Fully Shipped, your order has left production and is on its way.
Look for Shipping Confirmation Emails
Once your order ships, you'll receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information. Be sure to check your Spam, Junk, or Promotions folders if you don't see it in your inbox.
My Order Is Past the Estimated Delivery Window
If your order is still showing Processing or In Production and is now outside the estimated delivery window provided at checkout, please contact our Customer Experience team, and we'll be happy to look into it for you.
