What are the dimensions of the frame?

Frame measurements reference the inside width and height of the back of the frame, which is standard across the framing industry.

  • Depth: 2.125"

  • Each frame includes a ⅜" float space between the canvas and the frame for a gallery-style presentation.

What materials are used?

Canvas: Premium Epson canvas, acid-free, heavyweight cotton-poly blend for durability and flexibility

Frames:

  • Metal: 100% aluminum

  • Wood: Real hardwood

Backing: Secure backing with hanging hardware included

Each Framed Canvas Print arrives ready to hang and includes:

  • Your printed and framed canvas

  • Secure backing

  • Pre-installed hanging wire

  • Wall bumpers to protect your space

What size print comes in each frame?

Each frame includes a set image size with a white border:

  • 8 x 10 frame: 5.5 x 8" image, 1.25" border

  • 10 x 8 frame: 8 x 5.5" image, 1.25" border

  • 11 x 14 frame: 8 x 11" image, 1.5" border

  • 14 x 11 frame: 11 x 8" image, 1.5" border

  • 12 x 12 frame: 9 x 9" image, 1.5" border

  • 16 x 20 frame: 12 x 16" image, 2" border

  • 20 x 16 frame: 16 x 12" image, 2" border

  • 20 x 30 frame: 14 x 24" image, 3" border

  • 30 x 20 frame: 24 x 14" image, 3" border

All prints include a white border and cannot be printed full bleed.

What type of paper is used for printing?

Framed Canvas Prints are printed on premium Epson canvas, not paper. The canvas is acid-free, heavyweight, and designed for long-term durability.

What is the printing method used for the print?

Canvas prints are produced using high-quality inkjet printing to ensure sharp detail, smooth gradients, and accurate color reproduction.

Can I order the frame without a print?

Yes. You can order the Framed Canvas Print with or without a print. Please note that since this is a canvas print, if it is ordered blank, there is no way to add a print to it. 

To order a blank frame, simply proceed through the editor without uploading an image. Please note that there is no price adjustment for frames ordered without a print.

Can I change the print inside my frame?

No. The canvas is professionally stretched and secured within the frame and is not designed to be removed or replaced.

What are the backing options?

All Framed Canvas Prints include a sealed backing with a pre-installed hanging wire. Backing is not interchangeable.

How long does it take to print and ship?

Our frames require 3 full business days for production, plus shipping time.

Is the Artifact Uprising logo included?

A small Artifact Uprising logo sticker is included on the back of the frame. It is designed to be subtle and unobtrusive.

The logo also appears on the product packaging used for shipping and cannot be removed.
