How long does production take?
To maintain our high-quality standards, different products require varying times and attention to produce. You can see more details in our Guide to Shipping.
Can I pay to rush production?
We do not offer a rush production option at this time, as we do not want to compromise on the quality of your order. You can upgrade your shipping to Rush, which is one business day, to ensure your order arrives as soon as possible once it ships.
Does production time include weekends?
All our production takes place on business days and excludes Saturdays, Sundays, and holidays. Our teams do not work on weekends and holidays.
Will my order be delivered on a Saturday?
For each product on our site, you should see shipping estimated arrivals on the product page under 'Shipping and Returns'. These estimates do not include weekend delivery. For example, if a package ships on Friday with Rush (1 business day), it will arrive the following Monday.

If I am shipping to HAWAII, ALASKA, OR PUERTO RICO, does that take longer?
Shipping will take an additional 14-21 business days, depending on the location. Need your gifts faster when shipping to one of these locations? We recommend selecting Economy, Expedited, or Rush Shipping options vs. Standard. These options are more aligned with the expected order-by dates above.
