How much does shipping cost?
Shipping costs vary based on the products in your order, quantity, size, weight, and destination.
To get an accurate estimate:
- Add your items to the cart (make sure details like book size and page count are finalized).
- Proceed to checkout and enter your shipping address.
- View available shipping options and pricing on the final review page.
What shipping methods can I choose from?
U.S. Shipping Options:
- Standard: 5–8 business days
- Economy: 3–5 business days
- Expedited: 2 business days
- Rush: 1 business day
Important notes:
- Delivery estimates are in business days only (Monday–Friday, excluding holidays).
- Weekend delivery is not included.
- Orders shipped on Friday with Rush (1 business day) will arrive Monday.
- We are not responsible for delays caused by weather or carrier issues.
International Shipping:
- Shipped via FedEx International Economy (5-8 business days)
- Delivery times vary by destination
- Customs fees, duties, and import taxes are not included and are the customer’s responsibility
Production + shipping timelines
All orders require production time + shipping time.
- Production times vary by product and are listed on each product page under “Shipping & Returns.”
- Production happens on business days only (no weekends or holidays).
- Shipping time begins after your order has finished production.
We don't offer rush production because we make each item to order with a focus on quality. For more information, please review our Production & Shipping Information article.
Can I change my shipping address after placing an order?
Yes—as long as your order has not shipped yet. Please reach out to our Customer Experience Team to update the shipping address.
Once a package has shipped, we’re unable to update the address.
Can I ship to a PO Box or APO address?
PO Boxes:
- Yes, via USPS Standard shipping only
- FedEx does not deliver to PO Boxes
APO Addresses:
- Yes, via USPS Standard shipping only
- Do not select FedEx shipping options
Can I ship one order to multiple addresses?
No. Each order can only be shipped to one address.
To send items to multiple recipients, you’ll need to place separate orders.
Do you offer local pickup?
No. While our office is located in Denver, orders are printed and shipped from partner production facilities, so local pickup is not available.
Do you offer free or discounted shipping?
At this time, we do not offer free or reduced shipping.
We continuously work with our shipping partners to keep rates as low as possible, but as a small business, we do not have access to the same shipping discounts as larger retailers.
Why did my order ship separately?
Orders may ship in multiple packages because:
- Items are produced at different facilities
- Products have different production timelines
You will receive separate tracking information for each shipment.
International shipping information
- Orders ship via FedEx International Economy (5-8 business days)
- Delivery times vary by country
- Customers are responsible for any customs fees, duties, or import taxes
- Delays due to customs or carriers are outside of our control
If I am shipping to Hawaii, Alaska, or Puerto Rico, does that take longer?
Shipping will take an additional 14-21 business days, depending on the location. Need your gifts faster when shipping to one of these locations? We recommend selecting Economy, Expedited, or Rush Shipping options vs. Standard. These options are more aligned with the expected order-by dates above.
Countries we cannot ship to
We’re unable to ship to the following countries due to carrier restrictions, as deliveries to these locations are temporarily unavailable:

If you’re working with a specific delivery date, we recommend placing your order early to allow time for both production and shipping.
