These are the steps when within the editor and working on your project
How do I upload images from my Google Photos?
To use your images in Google Photos, select the photos tab on the bottom right side of the editor > select the plus sign icon to add photos > and select the 'Google Photos' button. This will connect to your account, so you can log in and select your images.
*For our system to properly upload and print your images, no images can be removed from your Google Photos account before or after ordering the project. If they're removed, our system cannot source your images and they will appear as broken links.

My images are showing up as broken links in my project. What do I do?
Sometimes the editor's connection with your Google Photos account is interrupted if you've restarted your computer or logged out of your account.
Follow the steps above to log back into your account inside the editor. From there, you may also need to re-select the images in the Add Images tab, and add them to your project again.

Why are my images showing up as low resolution?
Sites may condense your image to a smaller size (lowering the resolution) in order to allow their system to run faster. There is no way to increase the resolution of an image uploaded directly from a third-party source.
You can either keep the photo and acknowledge that the quality of the printed image may not be the best, or find the original image on your computer and upload that instead!

Which third-party systems are not available?
Looking for a third-party source that we don’t support? We do not currently offer integrations with the following third-party sources.
- Dropbox
- iCloud
- Amazon Photos

- Imgur
- Flickr
- 500px
- Photobucket
You can always download those images to your device, and then upload the images to our site through a gallery. More information on uploading images can be found here.

At this time, due to the way those posts are set up, we are unable to pull Instagram photos into your project for uploading. If you want to use images from Instagram, you'll need to download them to your phone or computer and then upload the image to our site through a gallery.
