Our products are printed on premium matte and lustre papers rather than traditional glossy photo paper. While some products allow you to choose between paper types, others use a preselected paper chosen for optimal print quality. Because of our production process, we are not able to provide printed samples of projects before ordering.

Do you print on traditional photo paper?
We do not print on traditional glossy photo paper. Our products are designed to highlight the natural detail and depth of your images, which is why we primarily use matte papers.
If you prefer a finish closer to glossy, our Lustre paper option offers a subtle sheen while still maintaining the refined look of a professional print.
Can I choose the paper type my product is printed on?
Paper options are available for Layflat Albums and Hardcover Photo Books, where you can select between available paper types during the design process.
For all other products, the paper type is preselected. Each option has been carefully chosen based on what produces the best print quality for that specific product.
Can I see a printed sample of my project before I order?
We are not able to print sample pages or proofs of a project before an order is placed. Our production process is designed for final printing, which means sample prints are not available prior to purchase.
