For the best user experience, we recommend building your project on a mobile web browser or a desktop computer.
Why isn’t every product available in the app?
At this time, only select Artifact Uprising products are available in the app. We’re always working to add more options, but for access to our full product assortment, please visit our website.
Can I order more than one project at the same time in the app?
Yes. Make sure you have the most updated version of the app installed, then go to My Projects and add the projects you’d like to order to your cart.
Can I access app projects on the desktop site, or desktop projects in the app?
Not currently. Our website and app are partially linked, so you can log in using the same account and view your order history in both places.
However, projects created in the app cannot be accessed or edited on the desktop website, and projects created on the desktop website cannot be accessed or edited in the app.
Is the app available on Android devices?
No. The Artifact Uprising app is currently only available for iOS devices.
Is the app available in my country?
The app is currently available in the United States, Canada, Australia, and countries within Europe. If the app is not available in your country, please use our full website to create and order your projects.
Can I use the app on my iPad?
Our app is not optimized for iPad. For the best experience, we recommend using our full website to complete your projects.
