How much does shipping cost?
Shipping can vary greatly depending on the products ordered and the shipping destination. To generate a quote, phantom-populate your shopping cart with exactly what you want to order so it can calculate the size, weight, quantity, etc. (if you are creating a book, make sure it reflects the number of pages you are wanting).
Next, go to the cart and fill in all the information in order to get to the final “Review” page. From there, you will be able to see all the available shipping options for that product and the price estimates!
What shipping methods can I choose from?
For domestic (within the United States) deliveries, we offer four shipping options - Standard (3-10 business days), Economy (2-6 business days), Expedited (2 business days), and Rush (1 business day). These times are in addition to production time. Please keep in mind we are not responsible for shipping delays due to inclement weather, etc.
Business days do not include Saturday or Sunday, and these shipping estimates do not include weekend delivery. For example, if a package ships on Friday with FedEx Rush (1 business day) it will arrive the following Monday.
Please keep in mind when ordering that these shipping times do not include the production times of our products. You can read more about production times and shipping info here. You can also find the production times for each product on the product page, under the "shipping information" tab.
For international deliveries, we ship via FedEx International Economy. You can learn more about those options here. Please keep in mind we are not responsible for customs fees, shipping delays due to inclement weather, etc.
Can I change my shipping address after I place my order?
Yes! Head here to find out more. Please note that we are not able to update shipping addresses once packages have been shipped.
Can I ship to a PO box?
Yes! You'll want to select USPS Standard shipping during check out for PO Box deliveries. FedEx does not deliver to post office boxes.
Can I ship to an APO address?
Yes! All APO addresses will ship via USPS Standard. Please do not select any FedEx shipping option for APO addresses.
Can I ship one order to multiple addresses?
At this time, we can only ship to one address per order. To send products to multiple addresses, you must place separate orders for each address.
Can I pick up my order at your office in Denver?
While our office is located in Denver, we do not print or ship from here, so unfortunately we do not have a local pick-up option available at this time.
Do you offer free or cheaper shipping?
It is a top priority for us to work with our shipping vendors to find cheaper shipping options for all. In the meantime, please know that we are a small company, and do not get the same shipping rates as some bigger companies (Shutterfly, Amazon, Target). Additionally, we ship from several different production facilities across the country, and therefore your order may come in multiple shipments.
The prices you see on our site are our live calculations of shipping to your location. We do not offer any free or reduced shipping at this time.
Production + Ship Times:
Due to the custom nature of our business, every product take a different amount of time to go through the printing and/or production process. Production times are counted as full business days, so if an order is placed on a business day, the first day in production is the following business day. For example, if an order is placed on a Tuesday, the first full business day in production would be the next business day, Wednesday.
