Do you offer professional design reviews?
Yes. For select products, Layflat, Wedding Layflat, Guest Book, and Signature Layflat, you can purchase a professional review at checkout for an additional fee.
Not available for all customers at the moment.
What does the expert review include?
If you select a professional review, our team will check your project for:
- Spelling and grammar in visible text
- Cropping issues (such as faces or important details being cut off)
- Placement near the center crease
- Trim zone concerns (elements too close to the edge)
- Low-resolution or blurry images
- Images that appear too dark or underexposed
You’ll receive an update within one business day if any recommendations are needed.
Can your team review my project?
Because we’re a small team, we’re not able to review every project before it goes to print (unless you pay for the design review or select album types). We recommend reviewing your project carefully before placing your order using a PDF proof.
How do I send a PDF proof?
You can email yourself a PDF preview directly from the editor:
- Click the three lines icon at the top center of the editor
- Go to the menu on the right hand side of the editor
- Click Email Print Proof
- Enter your email address and click Send
You’ll see a confirmation message, and your proof will arrive within a few minutes.

Can I edit my project after reviewing?
Yes. You can continue making edits after reviewing your PDF proof. We recommend finalizing all edits before placing your order.
What happens after I place my order?
Once your order is placed, no changes can be made to the project. Be sure everything looks correct before checking out.
