What sizes do the prints come in?
Lustre Photo Prints are available in the following sizes:

Can I mix and match print sizes within one project?
No. Each project can only contain one print size. If you'd like to order multiple sizes, you'll need to create a separate project for each size.
Can I choose portrait or landscape orientation?
Yes. You can rotate your image in the editor by clicking the rotate icon in the bottom-right corner of the photo.
Can I change the size after starting my project?
Yes, but changing the size will reset any cropping or photo edits you've made. Be sure to review your images again after switching sizes.
Can I add a border to my prints?
Yes. Prints can be ordered with a border or full bleed.
To change this setting in the editor, go to the Print Border section on the left-hand side of the editor.
Can I customize the border size or style?
No. The border is fixed at approximately 3/16 inch and cannot be adjusted.
Can I crop or edit my photos before printing?
Yes. Click the Edit Photo button in the editor to access editing tools such as:
Cropping
Photo adjustments
Filters

How thick is the paper?
These prints have a thin profile similar to traditional photo prints, making them flexible and easy to store or frame.
What printing method is used?
Lustre Photo Prints are produced using a silver-halide photographic printing process.
In this process, light-sensitive photo paper is exposed to light and developed using silver-based chemistry. The image becomes embedded directly into the paper, producing rich color, fine detail, and the classic look associated with traditional photo lab prints.
Is there a minimum order quantity?
Prints can be ordered in the following quantities:
1–10 prints
Sets of 20, 25, 30, 40, or 50
How do I order multiple copies of the same image?
To order duplicates:
Add your image to a print slot.
Click the plus (+) icon beneath the image to create additional copies.
If the plus icon is unavailable, increase the print quantity using the controls on the left side of the editor.
Note: Any empty print slots will be printed blank.
What is the difference between the different prints?

Lustre Photo Prints require 2 full business days for production, plus shipping time.

Is the company logo printed on the prints?
No. The prints themselves do not include our logo.
They are packaged in a custom kraft envelope with the Artifact Uprising logo, and the logo will also appear on the outer shipping packaging. These cannot be removed.
