Can I mix and match print sizes within one project?
No. Each project can only include one print size. If you would like to order multiple sizes or different images, you’ll need to create a separate project for each size.
Can I change the size after starting my project?
Yes, but changing the size will reset any cropping or photo edits you've made. Be sure to review your images again after switching sizes.
Can I add a border to my prints?
Yes. Prints can be ordered with a border or full bleed.
To change this setting in the editor, go to the Print Border section on the left-hand side of the editor.
Can I customize the border size or style?
No. Border sizes are fixed for each print size. You can view the exact border dimensions in the Print Border section of the editor.
Can I crop or edit my photos before printing?
Yes. Click the Edit Photo button in the editor to access editing tools such as:
Cropping
Photo adjustments
Filters
What paper type is used?
Large Format Prints are printed on archival, acid-free matte paper with a smooth, neutral-white finish that allows colors and details to appear crisp and true to life.
How thick is the paper?
These prints have a thin profile similar to traditional photo prints, making them flexible and easy to store or frame.
What printing method is used?
Large Format Prints are produced using giclée inkjet printing, which uses 10 inks to achieve high resolution, smooth gradients, and rich color depth.
Is there a minimum order quantity?
Prints are ordered individually, and you can select to order duplicates by changing the quantity at checkout
What is the difference between the different prints?
Large Format Prints and the Giclée Art Prints are the same product.
What are the best practices for mounting a large-format print?
You can mount your print in a few ways:
Purchase a spray mount adhesive from a craft store and mount it yourself (use caution, as improper application may damage the print).
Take the print to a local frame shop and have it professionally mounted.
How are the prints packaged?
Smaller sizes: shipped flat and unmounted
16 × 20 inches or larger: wrapped in tissue paper and rolled in a shipping tube
How long does it take to print and ship?
Large Format Prints require 3 full business days for production, plus shipping time.
