How does the design process work?
After we receive your payment and photos for the Gallery Wall Design Service, your designer will contact you within 5 business days with two initial mock-ups. You’ll select one to move forward and use our proofing tool to request changes.
Your design includes two rounds of revisions. Additional revisions are available for $50 each. We ask that all designs are finalized within 21 days of receiving your first draft.
Once approved, your designer will:
- Add all framed pieces to your cart, ready for purchase
- Send a final PDF of your layout
- Provide a hanging measurement guide
Design fees are non-refundable once work has begun.
What frames can I choose from?
You can include any frames from our collection, including:
- Deep-Set Frames
- Gallery Frames
- Modern Metal Frames
- Floating Frames
- Framed Canvases
- Tabletop Frames (wood and metal)
- Modern Wall Tiles
How many frames can I include?
There’s no set limit—you can include as many frames as you’d like. Most gallery walls include 5–7 frames on average.
How much does it cost?
- $79 includes your custom design, two revisions, and a hanging guide
- Additional revisions: $50 each

Are prints included?
Yes. Each frame includes a custom giclée print using 100% archival ink. Frames arrive ready to hang.
Please note: we do not offer framing for 3D objects.
Can I use promotions?
Promotions may be applied to frame purchases but not to:
- Design service fees
- Shipping costs
Multiple promotions cannot be combined.
What are the photo requirements?
For best results:
- Use images in sRGB color space
- Keep files under 25MB
- Aim for 300 DPI resolution
How long does the process take?
The full process can take as little as 16 business days:
- 5 days for initial design
- 5 days for production
- 2–6 days for shipping
Timelines may vary depending on revisions and response time. If you have a deadline, let your designer know.
What is the refund policy?
Design fees are refundable only if no design work has started.
