Within one hour of placing your order:
- Log into your account
- Go to your Order History
- Select your order
- Click “Cancel Order”
How do I find my order history?
On desktop:
- Log into your account
- Click the person icon in the top-right corner
- Select “Orders”
On mobile:
- Log into your account
- Tap the three horizontal lines in the top-right corner
- Select “My Account”
- Scroll to “Recent Orders”
Can I cancel after one hour?
Yes—if your order hasn’t shipped, our team can still help cancel it. To request a cancellation, please contact our team with your order number.
