If you need to cancel your order for any reason, you can do this within ONE HOUR of placing your order by clicking the Cancel Order button located in your order history.
Your order history can be located within your account with the following steps
From our desktop website:
- After logging into your account, go to the person icon in the top right-hand corner of our website
- By hovering over this icon, a drop-down menu will appear, select "Orders". This will take you to your order history
- By clicking on this icon, you will be directed to your account page
- From here, you can select "Orders" from the options listed on the right-hand side of your screen. This will take you to your order history.
From our mobile website:
- After logging into your account, click on the three horizontal lines in the top right-hand corner of our website
- From this list, select 'My Account' and then scroll down until you see 'Recent Orders'. Here you will see listed any recently placed orders.
After one hour, your order goes directly into production and cannot be cancelled without penalty. For requests made after one hour, we can only provide a 50% refund of the order total. Please contact us if you need to cancel the order after one hour.
