Our frames are offered in a wide range of sizes, materials, and finishes. Each frame includes a museum-quality giclée print on archival paper, premium UV-protectant plexiglass, and the appropriate backing and hanging hardware. All frames come with a print, and we offer two types of frames without prints. You can change out the print depending on the backing type, and most frames require 3 business days in production.

Do the frames have glass?
No. We use high-quality acrylic plexiglass in all of our frames (excluding the Modern Wall Tile).
Acrylic is safer for shipping because it’s less likely to shatter and provides additional UV protection. Our acrylic offers approximately 68% UV blockage to help protect your prints over time.
What type of paper is used for the framed print?
Archival, acid-free matte paper with a smooth, neutral-white finish that lets colors and details appear crisp and true to life.
What printing method is used?
Prints are created using inkjet giclée printing.
This method uses 10 ink colors to produce high-resolution images with smooth gradients and accurate color reproduction.
Can I order the frame without a print?
Yes. Our Gallery Frames and Tabletop Frames are available without a print.
For other frame styles, you can proceed through the editor without uploading an image. Please note that the price remains the same, even if no photo is added.
Can I change the print inside my frame?
Yes, but the process depends on the backing style.
Paper-back frames
To change the print, you will need to remove the hanging hardware and open the paper dust cover.
For frames 20 × 20 and larger, the print is adhered to the foam board, and the mat is adhered to the print, so the print cannot be replaced while keeping the same mat.
Flexi-point frames
The backing can be removed, and the print can be replaced easily. These frames are designed to allow quicker print swaps.
What backing options are available?
Backing and hanging hardware vary depending on the selected frame size and backing style.
Paper backing (standard frame backing)
This option finishes the frame with a paper dust cover on the back.
Sizes smaller than 16 × 20 include a sawtooth hanger
Sizes 16 × 20 and larger include a hanging wire
Frames larger than 20 × 20 are only available with this paper backing option.
With paper-backed frames, the print is adhered to the foam board backer, and the mat is adhered to the print to ensure proper alignment and stability.
Flexi-point (toggle) backing
This removable backing uses flexi-points that allow the artwork to be easily changed.
Available for frame sizes up to 20 × 20
Includes a sawtooth hanger
Unlike paper-backed frames, prints are not adhered to the backing when using flexi-point backing.
How long does it take to print and ship?
Our frames require 3 full business days for production, plus shipping time.
- Economy shipping: 3-5 business days
- Expedited shipping: 2-3 business days
- Rush shipping: 1 business day
- *International shipping 4-6 business days

The logo also appears on the product packaging used for shipping and cannot be removed.
