What is Wait & Save shipping?
Wait & Save is a discounted shipping option that allows you to pay a flat-rate fee when you agree to a longer delivery timeline. Your book won’t go into production right away and will arrive later than with standard shipping, but you’ll save on shipping costs.
When is Wait & Save available?
- Wait & Save will be offered on April 29th and 30th. If you selected the Wait & Save option, your order is estimated to arrive after Mother's Day.
- This is only for our Layflat Albums, Hardcover Photo Books, Everyday Photo Books, and Baby Board Books.
How do I select Wait & Save at checkout?
If your order qualifies, the Wait & Save option will appear during checkout. Simply select it as your shipping method before completing your order.
Can I use Wait & Save for all products?
Currently, Wait & Save is only available for our Layflat Albums, Hardcover Photo Books, Everyday Photo Books, and Baby Board Books. If you have other items in your cart, you will not see the Wait and Save Shipping option.
Will I still receive tracking information?
Yes. Once your order ships, you will receive a tracking number via email. Please wait 24 hours after the link is created for it to update and provide an estimated delivery date. Don’t forget to check your Spam or Promotions folder if you haven’t received it.
What if I decide I want my order sooner?
Yes, if you would like to receive your order sooner, please reach out to our Customer Experience team. You can pay to upgrade your shipping option and move your order into production sooner.
Can I upgrade my shipping?
Yes, you can reach out to our Customer Experience team, and we can upgrade your shipping to Economy (3-5 business days), Expedited (2 business days,) or Rush (1 business day) for an additional cost.
Will my Wait & Save order arrive by Mother's Day?
No, orders placed with Wait & Save Shipping are estimated to arrive after Mother's Day.
Can I combine Wait & Save with other promotions or discounts?
Yes. Wait & Save can be used alongside other offers unless otherwise noted on specific promotions.
What happens if my order contains items not eligible for Wait & Save?
If your cart includes items other than Layflat Albums, Hardcover Photo Books, Everyday Photo Books, or Baby Board Books, Wait & Save will not appear as a shipping option. Removing the ineligible items will allow you to select the Wait & Save option.
Is Wait & Save available outside the U.S.?
At this time, Wait & Save is only available for domestic U.S. orders.
