What promo are you offering?
We release our Mother's Day promotions directly on our site and through email. Offers may include discounts on books, prints, and gifts. Visit our homepage or check your inbox during the sale period for the most current codes.
Can I stack promo codes?
No. Only one promo code can be applied per order. If multiple promotions are available, you can choose the one that provides the best value for your purchase.
Will discounts apply automatically, or do I need a code?
Some promotions require a code at checkout, while others apply automatically. The product page or site banner will indicate which type of offer is active.
Can I use a promo code after I’ve placed my order?
Promo codes must be applied at checkout. If you forgot to add a promo code or if you’re unsure if you used one, you can reach out to our Customer Experience team, and we’ll look into your order.
Can I buy now and build my project later?
No. You have to complete your project and place your order for your design during the promotional window.
Do discounts apply to gift cards?
No. Gift cards are not eligible for promotional discounts.
Are you offering free shipping?
We currently do not offer free shipping options. On April 29th and 30th, we will offer a 'Wait and Save Shipping' option at checkout. With this option, you’ll opt to receive your order at a later date and pay a flat shipping rate. You can read more about that here.
How long will it take for customer service to respond?
Response times may be slightly longer due to increased volume, but our team works hard to respond as quickly as possible. Our typical response time is within 24 hours.
