Why isn't every product available on the app?
Currently our app only has a select number of products available, though we're always adding more! Head to our desktop site to create and order any of our products.
Can I order more than one project at the same time on the app?
You sure can! Make sure you have the most updated version of the app installed, and from there you can access My Projects, and add the projects you want to order to your cart.
Can I access projects I've created on the app on the desktop site, or vice versa?
Our website and app are currently partially linked, which means that you can log into the app with the same account you use for our website. You can also see all of your order history on both the website and the app. Unfortunately for the time being, you will not be able to access projects created on the app, on our desktop website, and visa-versa.
Is the app available on Android devices?
Our app is currently only compliant with the iOS system. As soon as this changes we will be sure to let our community know!
Is the app available in my country?
Currently our app is available in the United States, Canada, Australia, and all countries within Europe. If the app is not available in your country, just head to our desktop site to create your projects!
Can I access the app on my iPad?
Currently our systems are not optimized for iPad. Please proceed to either our desktop site, or our iPhone app.
