First off, we would like to thank you for taking the time to create projects on our website! We understand the time and effort it can take to build out projects on our site and are so sorry for any inconvenience this may cause, please know that we do not take this situation lightly.
Why are my projects expiring?
We have been hard at work improving our editor experience to make the building process easier. The old editor will no longer be available after October 29, 2024, and projects built on that editor will be lost.
As our company grows we knew it was important to build an editor that made projects easy to build and keep up with the feedback of our customers to make an optimal editing experience!

When will this be taking place?
With any current projects in our older editor version, you will have until October 29, 2024, to order before they will expire and no longer be available. We would like to encourage you to order as soon as possible (before 10/29) as we will not have access to reorder these projects in case of damage or shipping issues after this date.

How do I know which projects are impacted?
To know which of your projects may be impacted, go to the 'My Projects' page in your account. Any projects due to expire on October 29, 2024, will be marked as "expiring soon".
Most projects started within the past 2 years should already be built in the new editor.
The projects tagged to expire on 10/29/2024 will no longer be accessible after this date. If you would like to complete and order your project, Please do so as early as possible to avoid losing your work and leave room for any potential reorders needed.

Can my project be transferred to the new editor?
Due to technology limitations, we cannot migrate projects from our old editor version to the new one, resulting in some older projects expiring soon.
With the editor upgrade being a separate system from our old editor, it is not possible to change the project version on a project. Therefore we cannot transfer this project into our new editor. I'm so sorry for any inconvenience this may cause.

Can I please delay the expiration of my project?
Unfortunately, we can't hold on to these projects indefinitely - we wish we could! We will not be able to hold off on phasing any expiring projects to a later date.
As these older projects live in this previous editor version it will not have a place to live when it is officially retired. Once this editor is gone, so will any projects that live within it. No access to these projects, even to order/reorder, will be possible after 10/29 as these older projects will not have an editor to be saved within.

What can I do if I do not want to order my project by the expiration date?
If you do not want to order this project before the expiration date of 10/29, I would recommend sending yourself a PDF proof of your current project to use as a building guide if you decide to start a new project within the new editor.
You can email yourself a PDF preview of your project by clicking the three-line icon at the top of the editor. This will open a menu on the right-hand side of the editor screen. Click "Email Print Proof", enter the email address, and click "Send". You will see the message: "Your proof is being generated and will be sent to the email address below. This may take a few minutes."
Please note, the option to send yourself a PDF proof of any expiring projects will also be 10/29. Once the project has expired, you will no longer be able to access it or send yourself the PDF proof of the project.

Will this impact any photos I have previously uploaded and used in these older projects?
This change does not impact your photos, only the projects you built with those photos. Any photos you uploaded in the old editor will still be available in the new one for you to build and order a project.”

Why is there a new Editor?
The new version of our editor that we built in-house actually launched in 2022 and is already live on-site and will have the same product offerings available!
If you start a new project, you can check out all that it has to offer! Our team worked hard to incorporate some highly-requested features and resolve some common issues reported by our community with our previous editor. Some updates you may notice are:
- Moving and resizing images
- Adding, moving, and resizing text boxes
- Moving individual pages
- Previewing your project within the editor
- Improved text editing with more accurate sizing and flexibility (multiple formatting options within a single text placement)
- More image editing options (including brightness and contrast

Image files are missing from my older project-
If you are running into this issue it may be due to the image files having been removed from your galleries on your end. Therefore there is no access point from where these images are living to pull them from.
We are so sorry for this issue as I know this is not an ideal situation. These images will need to be re-uploaded to your account and into a gallery to then be re-added to this project. Or a new project will need to be created altogether. If you do create it anew, it will now live on your account within our new editor and therefore not set to expire on 10/29.
