What is included with the Striped Wood Ornament?

What frame finishes are available?

The frame comes in three striped finishes: Maroon, Green, and Red. Choose your finish when you customize your ornament.

What material is the ornament made of?

The frame is made of wood with silk-printed stripes in a smooth matte finish. Your photo sits behind a glass pane and is held in place by a velvet toggle backing. 

What are the ornament and print dimensions?

• Ornament size: 2.75 x 3.74"
• Print size: 3 x 2" (printed on one side)

The frame is rectangular and hangs vertically, so a portrait-oriented photo will fill the frame best.

What is the size of the ribbon?

Each ribbon is 3/8" wide and 18" long. You'll receive one in Ivory and one in Tomato, so you can choose the color that suits your tree or gift.

What type of paper is used for the print?

Your photo is printed on an archive-quality cardstock with a Premium Satin Finish. It's coated on both sides for rich color and a sturdy, durable feel.

How many prints are included?

Each ornament includes one single-sided print. The back of the ornament is covered by the velvet backing, so only the front displays a photo.

Can I add a year tag?

Yes, a brass year tag is available as an optional add-on when you order your ornament. You can also purchase it as a stand-alone item here.

How is the ornament packaged?

Each ornament arrives gift-ready in a blue box with a magnetic closure and foil-stamped branding. Inside, the ornament rests in padded velvet foam alongside the folded ribbons, and the lid reads "May your days be merry and bright." A label on the bottom of the box identifies the product inside. The box also works well for storing the ornament between seasons.

How do I change the photo in my ornament?

1. Flip the ornament. Turn the ornament face down so you can see the two toggles on the back.
2. Release the toggles. Gently push both toggles up and away from the backing.
3. Remove the backing. Lift the black velvet backing out of the frame.
4. Insert your photo. Place the new print face down into the frame.
5. Replace the backing. Set the backing back in place and push the toggles toward the center to lock it.
6. Check the front. Flip the ornament over to confirm your photo is straight and centered.

Is there a logo on the ornament?

No logos appear on the ornament itself. The Artifact Uprising name is foil-stamped on the front of the gift box and cannot be removed.
