If your project is marked as Locked, it means it has been temporarily locked and can no longer be edited.
You have two options:
- Contact our Customer Experience team, and we'll be happy to unlock the project for you.
- Duplicate the project to create an editable copy you can continue working on right away.
To duplicate your project:
- Go to My Projects.
- Click the three vertical dots next to the project.
- Select Duplicate.
The duplicated project will be fully editable, allowing you to continue making changes immediately.
