You can request a password reset by clicking 'Login' in the top right corner and then clicking 'Reset Password'.
If you have tried multiple times and are still encountering issues, you will need to wait 24 hours before attempting again. After multiple password reset requests, a 24-hour window is required before you can try to change your password further. We have this in place as a safety measure to avoid any chance of an account getting hacked.
