To submit a tax-exempt order, please contact our team and select “General Inquiry” as the category. Include the following:
- Business Tax ID (EIN)
- Billing address
- Account email address
- Exact items and quantities (include a screenshot of your cart showing the tax amount)
- Preferred shipping method
- Shipping address
How to place a VAT-exempt order (International)
To submit a VAT-exempt order, please contact our team and select “General Inquiry” as the category. Include the following:
- Business VAT ID
- Country of registration
- Billing address
- Account email address
- Exact items and quantities (project names + screenshot of your cart showing the tax amount)
- Preferred shipping method
- Shipping address
Processing time and important policies
- Processing typically takes 48 hours to 1 week, depending on request volume.
- Orders must be submitted after approval—we cannot apply exemptions to orders that have already been placed.
- Tax refunds are not available for orders placed before this process is completed.
