Do international orders include customs fees or duties?
No. Customs fees, import duties, taxes, or other local fees are not included in the order total at checkout.
These charges may be collected by the carrier or local customs office when the package arrives in the destination country.
Who is responsible for paying customs fees?
The customer or recipient is responsible for paying any import duties, customs fees, taxes, or additional charges required by the destination country.
Can Artifact Uprising estimate or pay customs fees in advance?
No. We are not able to estimate, collect, or pay customs fees ahead of time. These charges are determined by the destination country and are outside of our control.
Why do customs fees vary?
Customs fees vary depending on the country, region, package value, product type, and local import regulations. Because these fees are set by local customs authorities, we are not able to adjust or waive them.
