What is the difference between the Early Years Book and the Baby Book?
Great question! Our Baby Book helps document a child’s first year of life, from birth until the first birthday. The Early Years Book continues from that point, for children ages one through five.

What comes with the Early Years Book?
The Early Years Book will include a pen, a code for 10 complimentary everyday prints (3.25x3.25" or 3.25x4.25"), and adhesive to secure your photo prints inside your book. The Early Years Book comes with 300 clear adhesive squares. No need to run to the store for supplies - you can get started right away!

How do I redeem my complimentary print set?
Once you receive your Early Years Book, you'll find an insert inside with instructions on how to redeem your prints. The code on that insert can be entered into the promo code box at checkout, once you've designed your 10 prints and are ready to order.
Valid for a set of 10 3.25 x 3.25" or 3.25 x 4.25" Everyday Prints in matte or satin finish (excludes double-thick) with Standard Shipping.
It is currently not possible to order an Early Years Book and the complimentary prints at the same time, as the code will not be available until you receive your Early Years Book.

What material is the cover made of?
The cover is bound with high-quality linen fabric - the same fabric we use for our Baby Book, Layflat Albums and Wedding Guest Books.

Can the Early Years Book foil stamping be customized?
Each Early Years Book currently comes pre-stamped with the title, “Here Continues The Story Of You Early Years”. We do not offer custom foil-stamping on the books.

Can I add or remove pages?
Yes, absolutely! The book is bound with a 4-ring binder – so removing or rearranging pages is simple.

Will this book work for my family?
The Story of You is "family-neutral," fitting for a variety of family structures (e.g., single parents, adopted children) and genders (e.g., same-sex parents, boy or girl child). Bound with a 4-ring binder, you can also remove or rearrange any pages that don't fit your family's story.

What type of pen and adhesive do you recommend?
We include our preferred pen and adhesive with each book, so you're ready to begin as soon as it arrives! If you misplace your pen or are looking for another option, your favorite ball-point pen will do the trick. We recommend a double-sided adhesive should you need additional tape for your photo prints. You can find adhesive online (such as this option on Amazon), or at your local craft store.

Is the Artifact Uprising logo on the baby book?
The Artifact Uprising logo is printed on the last page of the book, as well as on the exterior of the box. The logo is included on the product shipping packaging, and cannot be removed.

What is the page max for the Early Years Book?
The binder book can accommodate 61 sheets (the 50 sheets that come with the original purchase and the 11 sheets if you choose to add the add-on pack).
Adding prints (around 50-70 ) will add a few inches of bulk. Our binders are built with this in mind and to accommodate this added width.
