If your order contains more than one product, due to production times and our production procedures your order may be shipped in multiple packages. Please reference your Order History to find tracking for each product in your order. Note that tracking will only appear for each product after that product has been shipped. You will receive a separate tracking email for each package in your order.
Additionally, please take a moment to check the packaging of the product you did receive. Remove the brown packing paper from the box, remove each hardcover/layflat album from the white boxes, etc to make sure the other part of your order isn't hiding.
*If it looks like the back of your cards are blank, unwrap them from the plastic wrap - card packs are shrink-wrapped with a blank card in the end.
If tracking is not appearing for part of your order and you believe (based on production times) that the product should've already shipped, please email us. Include your order number and a description of the item(s) you have/have not received.
