We accept returns for non-customized items only. This includes photo holders, baby books, and frames without prints.
If you would like to return or exchange a non-customized item because of manufacturing or shipping damage, please click here.
If you would like to return a non-customized item for any other reason, please email us to start the return process (choose "Order Issues" as your request reason in the form provided). The item must be in returned in its original condition and packaging.
Once the return is approved, we will provide you with a return shipping address for the package. You will be responsible for the shipping fee, and sending tracking so we can track the return. Once the item is received and inspected by our team, you will be refunded the price of the product (minus shipping) to your original form of payment.
