WHAT IF I LOSE OR ACCIDENTALLY DELETE THE EMAIL THAT INCLUDES MY WEDDING COLLECTION REDEMPTION CODES?

Your Wedding Collection codes will be saved with your username (or the purchaser’s username, if you received your collection as a gift). Reach out to our community team via help@artifactuprising.com with the username (and the confirmation number, if you have it), and we’ll send you an email with your codes.



CAN I GIFT THE REDEMPTION CODES TO A FAMILY MEMBER OR FRIEND AS A WEDDING GIFT?

Yes, absolutely! Keep in mind, the recipient will need to reference the purchaser’s account username should they need to reach out to us with any questions.



WHAT IF I’D LIKE TO MAKE AN UPGRADE AFTER I PURCHASE MY COLLECTION?

We want the wedding items you create to be perfectly fitted to your style and needs. If you would like to change the size or add pages to a product in your collection, you can use the same code provided and to receive the original discount amount included. Simply pay the difference at the time of redemption.



WHAT IF I NO LONGER WANT OR NEED AN ITEM IN MY COLLECTION?
We understand your needs may change throughout your wedding process – if you no longer want or need an item in your collection, you can use that amount of credit towards a different Artifact Uprising item. Simply write into our community team via help@artifactuprising.com explaining the item you want to exchange, and we’ll provide you with a credit to use on the item of your choice.

FOR THE WEDDING ESSENTIALS COLLECTION, DO I NEED TO DECIDE MY CARD DESIGN PREFERENCES AT THE TIME OF PURCHASE?
Card designs are chosen at the time of redemption – so you’ll have plenty of time to find the ideal design for your photos.



BASED ON THE QUANTITY OF SAVE THE DATES I SELECT, THE NUMBER OF THANK YOU CARDS INCLUDED IS LESS. WHY IS THAT?
We have found that more Save the Dates are usually needed, based on the final guest count for the wedding. If you need to purchase additional Thank You Cards, you can always increase your quantity at the time of redemption and pay the difference at that time.



I NOTICED CERTAIN PHOTO GOODS COME IN DIFFERENT SIZES, BUT ARE THE SAME IN PRICE?

For example, the 8.25x11” layflat album and the 10x10” layflat album. am i able to alter the size of my album at no cost?
Yes, you are able to change the size of your album for another one of equal value with your original code. If you would like to upgrade to a larger album, you can still use your original code, and pay the difference in price upon redemption.



IS SHIPPING INCLUDED IN THE PRICE OF THE WEDDING COLLECTION?

Shipping is not included in the final price – your shipping costs will be calculated at the time of redemption based on the shipping method you select.
