CAN I CHANGE THE SHIPPING ADDRESS AFTER I PLACE MY ORDER?

Yes. It is advised that you change your shipping address within 12 hours of placing your order as we cannot make changes once the package has shipped.


To change your shipping address, simply click on the "MY ACCOUNT" button located in the upper right hand part of the site. From here, you'll see a menu on the left underneath your name and click the "ORDER HISTORY" button. You'll then need to click the "DETAILS" button. Once you are in the order, below the Shipping Address is a UPDATE SHIPPING ADDRESS link - this is available for 24 hours only after an order is placed. *Please note once your package ships, changing the address will delay the shipment a day. With USPS, we are not able to change the address once it has shipped.


CAN I SHIP TO PO BOXES?

Yes! You'll want to select USPS Standard during check out for PO Box deliveries. Express via Fedex Ground, 2-DAY or Overnight will not deliver to PO Boxes.


CAN I SHIP TO AN APO ADDRESS?

Yes! All APO addresses will ship via USPS Standard. Please do not select Express via Fedex Ground for APO addresses.

CAN I SHIP TO MULTIPLE ADDRESSES?
At this time, we only ship to one address per order. To send to separate address, you must make separate orders.
